Episode 7 is live! yay!

Finally I got time to record! I have been so darn busy with all of the preparations for Alaska and attending retreats that I needed a computer day...............yes a whole entire day!

I have yet to get it up on itunes........always trouble with that. But I will continue to give it a try.

Also keep your eyes open as I will be doing my shop update sometime today..............I think that I am close now!
